About Paying Your Tuition
HPI accepts payment by credit card, cash, check, and money order. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee. After two returned checks on an account, future payments must be made by cash, money order, cashier's check, or credit card.
You have a one-week grace period after the course end date to settle a delinquent balance. Beyond that, you may be restricted from academic and administrative services, including grades, registration, and transcripts. Accounts more than 90 days past due may be sent to an outside collections agency and reported to credit bureaus.
Yes. HPI’s Student Payment Plan lets you make installment payments across the semester after an initial deposit. Contact the Financial Aid office to set up or review your Student Payment Plan Agreement.
Yes. In your final semester, any outstanding balance must be paid before final exams. Students with a balance at the end of the program will not receive their credential and will not be allowed to attend graduation until the balance is resolved.
If you withdraw, any unused tuition, books, fees, and other charges are refunded according to HPI’s official Refund Policy, in line with Ohio's Cancellation and Refund regulations. Refunds are calculated based on your last date of attendance.
