34 C.F.R. Part 668
Updated: 2025
The Higher Education Act (HEA) and its implementing regulations require postsecondary institutions participating in Title IV federal financial aid programs to disclose specific institutional, financial, and student-related information to enrolled students, prospective students, and the general public. The following disclosures meet HPI's obligations under 34 C.F.R. Part 668, Subpart D.

Cost of Attendance

The estimated cost of attendance for the Practical Nursing program is provided below. Direct costs are charged by HPI. Indirect costs are estimated non-institutional expenses.
A Net Price Calculator, as required by the HEA, is available at ohiohpi.edu/net-price. This tool provides personalized estimates of actual cost after grant aid for students who file the FAFSA.

Academic Programs & Instructional Facilities

HPI's instructional programs are offered in person at the Columbus campus. Programs currently available: Practical Nursing (PN) diploma — conditional on OBN approval; STNA/Nurse Aide certification — fully approved and enrolling; CPR/BLS certification — fully approved and enrolling. A full description of each program's requirements, credential awarded, and clock hours is available in the HPI School Catalog.

Facilities include a clinical simulation laboratory, didactic classrooms, a CPR/BLS training area, and student services and administrative offices. The campus is ADA-accessible and has free on-site parking.

Student Outcomes & Completion Information

HPI is a newly established institution. As a result, historical graduation rates, board examination passage rates, and job placement rates are not yet available. As cohorts complete their programs, this information will be compiled and published here and in the HPI School Catalog. Updated outcomes data will be made available to enrolled students, prospective students, and the public no later than 90 days following the graduation of HPI's first cohort.

Directory Information

HPI designates the following as "directory information," which may be disclosed without prior written consent unless a student has filed a written restriction request: student name, enrollment status (full-time/part-time), program of study, and dates of attendance. To restrict disclosure of directory information, submit a written request to the Student Services office. Restrictions remain in effect until the student submits a written request to remove them.

Campus Security & Crime Statistics

HPI publishes an Annual Security Report (ASR) in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act). The ASR includes statistics for reported crimes on campus for the three most recent calendar years, current campus security policies, and related information. The ASR is available upon request from the HPI administrative office.

Withdrawal, Transfer, and Loan Repayment

Students who withdraw from HPI are subject to the institutional refund policy described in the Refund Policy section of this disclosure center. Students who received federal Pell Grant funds and withdraw may be subject to the Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) calculation, which may result in a portion of the aid being returned to the federal government. Full details are in the Refund Policy disclosure.

Because HPI does not currently participate in the Federal Direct Loan program, no loan repayment calculator information is applicable. Students with private educational loans should consult their lender for repayment information.
